Refund & Return Policy

At Ekomix.online, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing from us. Since we sell digital products (such as QuickBooks software licenses and eBooks), please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Digital Products (QuickBooks Licenses,)

• All sales of digital products are final.

• Once a license key, installer, or eBook has been delivered to your email, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• This is because digital products cannot be physically “returned” and are considered used once delivered.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• You received a non-working or invalid license key (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

• You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.

If eligible, we will process your refund to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you received the wrong product (e.g., QuickBooks Pro instead of Enterprise), please contact us within 48 hours. We will provide the correct product at no extra cost.

4. No Refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind after purchase).

• Incompatibility due to your computer system not meeting software requirements.

• Incorrect purchase caused by not reading the product description.
